39. Declarations of Interest
Councillors Brunel-Walker and Heydon declared an affected interests in relation to item 8 being one of the Council’s representatives on the Board overseeing the joint
venture.
40. Minutes
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 21 March 2022 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
41. Urgent Items of Business
There were no urgent items of business.
42. Exclusion of Public and Press
RESOLVED that pursuant to Regulation 4 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) Regulations 2012, members of the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of item 6 & 7 which involves the likely disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:
(3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority).
43. Bracknell Town Centre Regeneration Committee Update Report
The Committee noted the contents of the report and provided feedback on the initial masterplan concepts for the Southern and Eastern Gateway sites.
